On 8th August 2024, during the elective chapter of the Spiritans in the British Province, Rev. Fr. Ugo Ikwuka was entrusted with another four-year mandate as Provincial Superior. His re-election has been officially confirmed by the Superior General, Rev. Fr. Alain Mayama CSSp, with the consent of his Council. This decision will take effect on 1st September 2024, solidifying Fr. Ugo’s continued leadership within the province.
The announcement was formally conveyed to the capitulants by the Spiritan General Correspondent, Fr. Jude Nnorom CSSp, acting under the direction of the Superior General. Fr. Ugo’s re-election underscores the trust and confidence placed in his leadership by the Spiritan community.
As he embarks on this renewed term, we pray that the Holy Spirit will guide and support Fr. Ugo in his mission, helping him to lead with wisdom and grace in service to the Spiritans and the broader community.
