As 2025 unfolds, Spiritans Sound continues to spread its wings, advancing its mission among young people with renewed energy and vision. More focus is given to those who have no means of harnessing their talents. Through its various initiatives, the outreach seeks to inspire, empower, and nurture talents, particularly among students. One of the highlights of this commitment is the annual Creativity School Award, designed to recognize and encourage outstanding creativity among graduating students.

This year, the award celebrated two remarkable young creators: Okoli Stanislaus of Holy Ghost Model College, Imuwen, Edo State, and Ogundor Irabor Glory of Holy Ghost Secondary School, Benin City, Edo State. The award aims to motivate students to pursue their natural gifts with dedication while encouraging them to explore career pathways that align with their talents. Special credit goes to the principals of the two schools, Rev. Fr. Victor Anchorman, CSSp, and Rev. Fr. Puotege Peter, CSSp, for their collaboration with the outreach in the selection process. Their encouragement has motivated the students to make good use of their talents while in school.
The 2025 award ceremonies were held on July 17 at Holy Ghost Secondary School, where the Principal, Rev. Fr. Peter, presented the prize, and on July 26 at Holy Ghost Model College, where it was presented on behalf of the outreach by Ayodele Favour. Both events highlighted the value Spiritans Sound places on creativity as a key driver of personal and community growth.

The impact of this recognition has already been evident in past recipients, who have found fresh confidence and opportunities through the award. Each honoree also gains access to Spiritans Sound mentorship workshops (online and in-person), annual free copies of Treasures Unveiler magazine, a personal profile on the Young Creator page of the magazine, and other exclusive opportunities.
The outreach looks forward to extending this initiative to more schools as it grows, lighting the path for many more young creators.
